Graze tables & boxes

Our grazes require full payment at the time of booking, if your Feast is cancelled before 28 days of the event, we will offer you a 50% refund, if cancelled within 28 days we will offer an alternative date pending availability, unfortunately no refund will be issued. If a Feast needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19 related issues the above still applies.

Due to the number of enquiries we receive, unfortunately Feast cannot hold dates for your grazes until payment has been received. The contents of our boxes may vary depending on the availability of produce. Delivery charges may apply.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Please let us know if you or your guests have any allergies or dietary requirements in advance and we can cater accordingly.

Every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination. We sanitise and use separate equipment when preparing a Feast for someone with an allergy. However, we do handle allergens in the environment in which we create our grazes so we cannot guarantee our Feasts are 100% allergen-free.

Keeping food chilled

All food is kept chilled during transport. To comply with UK Food Standards Agency it is the responsibility of the client to dispose of any of our Feasts after 4 hours if kept unrefrigerated. Feast will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time. All of our Feast boxes are prepared freshly on the day, they should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24hrs.

What does Feast supply?

We do not supply plates, cutlery, or napkins as standard; however, we would be happy to arrange this for a small charge.

All tables are to be provided by the client /venue. Our Feasts are laid on waxed paper so they can be disposed of afterwards. All props used for table scaping may incur a charge depending on the distance to collect the next day. On the day of your Feast, we will need anywhere between 1-3 hours to set up, depending on the size of your graze.
